Neoditel primarily works for medium and large companies. Based on our original and inventive methodology, the experience of our team, our internally developed tools and our experience gained through similar projects with other customers we always succeed in optimising the results for our customers. They are usually organisations that count between few hundred to several thousands of employees distributed over different locations. Very often they feel the to extend a cost-cutting exercise which they held in other area's to the telecommunications area and they therefore count on our experience. Taking into account their organisational limitations and their expressed goals, we then collaborate with them to increase their global effectiveness and we do this with an optimized 'time-to-economy'.

The largest project undertaken by Neoditel Belgium was to renegotiate contracts for fixed and mobile telephony for the consortium of Christian Trade Unions and Christian Unions, which represents more then 1.300 locations, thousands of mobile and nearly 40,000 landlines. A successful mission!
The federation for the technology industry
Through the company Synergics, a Managed Services Company, we have been missioned to analyse the telecommunciations budgets of Agoria and Attentia. With locations spread all over Belgium and split over many legal intities, we completed succesfully the optimisation of their budget for fixed and mobile communications.
Combining strengths, delivering solutions
The misssion for an audit of the whole telecommunications budget was ordered by the Chief Financial Officer. We were also asked to complete the normal approach of Neoditel with a comparative study between mobile operators. Despite the fact that the total budget was already thight and fairly well under control, we managed to realise well appreciated results.
Mobility on demand
Following our initial contacts with the responsibles in France, a comprehensive project has been launched in France and in Belgium. In France, the project was carried out by Neoditel SAS, and in Belgium by Neoditel bvba. The more than satisfactory results of both tasks were presented in France in a uniform manner.
The ultimate cinema experience
The Director IT & Organisation give us the mission to audit the 8 sites in Belgium. The project included the audit of fixed and mobile telephony and data. We came up with nice savings for each of the domains. We now have optained the mission to audit the different sites in France and Spain. We do this in collaboration with Neoditel SAS

The financial Director signed us the mission to audit and optimize the telecom budget. Securitas explicitely expressed the will to stick to their telecom operator. Nevertheless we managed to show excellent results, by cutting the telecom budget significantly.

The Purchase department of SPADEL Group has confined us the mission for their 4 locations spreath throughout Belgium. The project included fixed telephony, mobile telephony and data/Internet. We managed to obtain important savings for each of legal entities.
Integrated Paper, Packaging and Forest Products Company
The purchasing manager responsible for purchasing of telecommunications of the production unit in Ghent-Langerbrugge was immediately enthousiastic about our approach resulting in visualisation and optimisation of the budget. From the start we involved all units of the group in Belgium so that the results would be maximized for the company. In the end of our audit each group, with no exceptions, has been able to announce large savings on the budget to its local management.

The purchasing Manager for Telecom in Gent, give us the mission to do a budgetoptimalisation for their siste in Konz (Germany). Notwithstanding the fact that only one site was involved, and that we had no experience on the offerings on German operator market, we managed to save an important amount of money on the telecom budget.
The right focus on logistics
Following our intial contacts with the financial Director, an overall telecom project was launched. In view of the magnitude of the budget we agreed to tackle the project by step. We firste started with the mobile telephony. We agreed to execute an operator comparison. In next steps the data network and the fixed telephony have been handeled. The telecom budget has significantly been reduced thanks to our intervantion.
